Located on the village green in historic Salisbury, Connecticut, the White Hart Inn is a classic, 19th Century New England inn hosting locals and visitors to Litchfield County’s northwest corner in comfort and style. Annie and her partners re-opened the inn to critical acclaim in 2014, following a four-year closure, with the New York Times writing, “the restaurant alone is worth the trip” and Bon Appétit nominating it one of the 50 Best New Restaurants in the United States.
Annie and the White Hart team have never strayed from their commitment to providing the local community and hotel guests with accessible, delicious food and drink. The casual Tap Room and more formal Dining Room serve gastro-pub fare along with dishes high-lighting seasonal produce and meats sourced from local producers.
